    Fizz is on the menu as Edinburgh’s newly refurbished Signet Library throws open its doors for the Festival season from Monday 3 August to Monday 31 August 2015 including all the best bits of the Pommery Bar. From September, Colonnades is open Sunday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
