Our expert team of professionals select and recommend drinks that will complement every plate. They go the extra mile making sure both clients and colleagues alike will remember your event.

Our chefs live and breathe food and know their suppliers. Our hand picked pork is supplied from Robin, a pig farmer, whilst Isle of Skye langoustines are creel-caught and brought in by a day-boat called Equinox, skippered by Craig. Choosing the perfect drink or champagne to serve is just as important.

Our specialist drink selectors take just as much time and care in choosing the perfect accompaniment to the dishes served. They leave no stone unturned in the search for the perfect champagne house or vineyard.  They all take the time to get to know our producers and suppliers personally, taking equal pride in the delivery and presentation of each and every individual dish.
