Preparations are in full swing for our opening on Friday 5th August and we are delighted to bring you some exclusive offers.

The Pommery Champagne Bar is celebrating the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, by offering a unique opportunity to view the exquisite interior of the Signet Library for 3 weeks only. Soak up the atmosphere with perfectly chilled Pommery champagne and something delicious from our seafood menu.

Situated just off the Royal Mile, the Signet Library is perfectly located next to St Giles Cathedral at the heart of the festival’s Old Town. It’s ideal for pre – or post – show drinks with clients or friends, or you can wander in throughout the day to enjoy a glass or two of champagne, or indulge in one of our champagne afternoon teas, in these stunning surroundings. Normally exclusively open for private events, it is an elegant haven away from the crowds and a truly unique opportunity to view the intricate architectural nuances.

The Pop-up Champagne Bar will be at the Signet Library from 5th August through to 29th August 2011.
